UPCOMING SERMON SERIES
During the months of July and August, Pastor Kent will be presenting a summer sermon series entitled,"Are You In the Spirit?" The focus of the series will be to help us gain a better understanding of the nature and work of the Holy Spirit in God's people.
Sunday, June 24th, Pastor Kent will kick off the series with a sermon entitled, "Getting Acquainted with the Unseen." This is a Biblical overview of the Person of the Holy Spirit."
The month of July will begin with a sermon entitled, "Doing What Jesus Couldn't." This will be followed by a message that high-lights the passion of The Holy Spirit entitled, "Set Me on Fire."
The three weeks to follow will be wholly devoted to messages featuring the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Topics to be covered include both the "serving gifts" and the "speaking gifts."
Much of the sermon series will come from scripture found in Romans 12 and I Corinthians 12.
